In 2009 we started community initiatives through Mutqen, our
corporate social program that trains and educates the new
generation to join the workforce with the right skillset.
We provide various programs to prepare university students for
their professional lives. We give them the tools to identify
their unique personality, strengths and skills while they are

With GIL (Growth. Innovation. Leadership) we established a collaborative accelerator and innovation hub. Hosted by our experts, GIL works with scale-ups and start-ups to bring their visions to life within the Food and Beverage industry. We are passionate about empowering entrepreneurs and driving innovation across the industry.
